Voting

PyCon Italia is a conference created by the community for the community! Voting is an important process for us, as it gives you the opportunity to choose which talks and workshops interest you the most!

Vote

Who can vote

Voting is open to anyone who meets at least one of these criteria:

  • Has purchased a ticket for the conference
  • Has attended PyCon Italia 2024 or PyCon Italia 2023
  • Has submitted a proposal to PyCon Italia 2025
  • Be part of the Python Italia association.

How to vote

You can vote by going here.

You will see a list of all the proposals received, and each proposal can be opened to view further details.

Each proposal can be rated on a scale of:

  • Not interested
  • Maybe
  • I want to see it
  • I don't want to miss it

Blind vote

We want each proposal to be judged based on the proposal itself and not on the reputation of the individual, which is why you will not see the author of the talk or training.

Final selection

Once the voting phase is over, the program committee will meet to make a final selection of the submissions based on the community votes, creating a balanced and interesting program for all participants!
